The crisp white shirt and the pop of colour with the green notebook(?) really completes this look. The print on the pyjama suit is also very striking.

A pyjama suit worn on a crisp white shirt ? It takes a very confident man to do it and he didn’t forget his cufflinks !
I wonder who the photographer in the back is ?
Black rim spectacles try to save the day again. Black rim glasses are not verification that the wearer has style, merely a last ditch effort to save this piece. Not a fan of the cloth but I do like his haircut.
Absolutely Not. He looks like a walking necktie. Unless he is grocery shopping, that is under-dressed. Nice scale on the print, though. I would wear it around my neck.
not for the timid. that’s a mean foulard going on there & along with the bright green book:
“LOOK AT ME.”
for me, it does not matter how high the temp is, man or woman, I wouldn’t wear pajamas. this is not even loungewear. these are pajamas.
it’s interesting to see who falls for trends. trends are tricks & gimicks in the first place!
This is a very nice artistic picture, but the look is ridiculas. The foulard pajamas are great looking. The joke is on us here. This person is intentionally try to get your attention, and it worked. You can have the most beautiful clothes but if you do not know how to wear them, it doesn’t matter how beutiful the clothes are.
No NO NO…I agree totally with Lisa O…it´s not that I´m against innovation or newness but this is design without imagination, they´re just pyjamas. Of course it grabs attention, but so would walking around in your underpants….
The photo is great as usual but the look!!! terrible. What was he doing in Piazza Affari thefinance heart in Milan? when fashion exceeds the limit, it becomes ridiculous.
It’s unusual and I know it’s currently fashionable to wear a ‘pyjama suit’ but …………. just can’t imagine ever being taken seriously in this get up! I think pyjamas are best kept for beach holidays, etc etc even when your’re a fashionable Milanese!
Actually, I hate it. There is a very thin line between being fashionable and “forward” and being ridiculous. In this case it has been crossed. Simply OTT…
NO! My husband is so well dressed, even his pyjamas are v. nice. So if he wore these to bed I should be well pleased, but if he turned up at the restaurant like this, I would blush for his sake.
Or at least not one that thinks like you. I would be very pleased to be seen with someone that dresses so daringly and still looks every inch a gentleman.
Maybe he just returned from China where pajamas are quite common on the street…. but in Milan!!! Come on…. it’s just plain silly!! This is someone that really needs to attract attention to himself.
As always a man who has nerve and a sense of humor gets strung up by the b*lls. Yes, these are pajama inspired. If I am not wrong they are Prada? So I don’t think they are literally pajamas. I suspect he works in fashion and has taken steps to make it appropriate(the shirt, cufflinks, glasses, neat hair). To the person who said ‘he probably doesn’t have a wife”, that is insulting because he might and she could applaud his brave/madcap sense of style. Sure you could have gone routine by pairing either top or bottom with a solid and it still would have been great but it is nice to see the gutsy few who say, “this is for me and if you don’t like it? Look the other way.” Hooray!
Oh my goodness, I have never seen anything like that. Men in one piece outfits are not an everyday sight. not only that, but the pattern is bold and colourful. I love it.

Jeeeeezzz…! I see people leaving home in their PJ’s everyday, and I find it ridiculous… Totally nonsense
At least this one does onot really look like a PJ; rather resembles some of the AW2012/13 jacquard suits created by Muiccia Prada for her ladies line.
Go figure!!!
I don’t like pijama for men, expecially during the day, expecially while working and it seems to me the outfit doesn’t have style, Milan is always fighting between relaxed style and working one, bye, bye Mara.
If it was just the silky top over the white shirt with say, jeans it would be good but not too keen on the matchy pants with it. Definitely looks like pajamas.

PJ’s in the street – people do that in Essex at the supermarket. He’d fit right in! ; )

Nice suit :)But hungarian men never wear this style :( My simple green taffeta suit is too much for them….

Mmmmm… Scott,I’m afraid you’re becoming too modern for me.
That could be nice for evening at home, but never as a business suit.

@Tina, Inez and Laura: I thought exactly the same thing and, as Inez says, Italian men can pull any outfit. great photo!

As always, great shot. Horrible fashion sense, though.

I don’t like pijama for men, expecially during the day, expecially while working and it seems to me the outfit doesn’t have style, Milan is always fighting between relaxed style and working one, bye, bye Mara.

If I had PJ’s that stylish I would wear them outside as well. No I wouldn’t I lie.

I think that this handsome man can wear whatever he wants. Sometimes it’s more the person than the dress. :)

Not in love with the suit but he can sure carry it off; helps that he’s Italian (and therefore effortlessly good looking)!

If it was just the silky top over the white shirt with say, jeans it would be good but not too keen on the matchy pants with it. Definitely looks like pajamas.
