Black rim spectacles try to save the day again. Black rim glasses are not verification that the wearer has style, merely a last ditch effort to save this piece. Not a fan of the cloth but I do like his haircut.

TOO much pattern, Pick one, CHOOSE a printed Top or Bottom, add in a solid, then the look would be fine.

Absolutely Not. He looks like a walking necktie. Unless he is grocery shopping, that is under-dressed. Nice scale on the print, though. I would wear it around my neck.

for me, it does not matter how high the temp is, man or woman, I wouldn’t wear pajamas. this is not even loungewear. these are pajamas.
it’s interesting to see who falls for trends. trends are tricks & gimicks in the first place!

This is a very nice artistic picture, but the look is ridiculas. The foulard pajamas are great looking. The joke is on us here. This person is intentionally try to get your attention, and it worked. You can have the most beautiful clothes but if you do not know how to wear them, it doesn’t matter how beutiful the clothes are.

It’s unusual and I know it’s currently fashionable to wear a ‘pyjama suit’ but …………. just can’t imagine ever being taken seriously in this get up! I think pyjamas are best kept for beach holidays, etc etc even when your’re a fashionable Milanese!

NO! My husband is so well dressed, even his pyjamas are v. nice. So if he wore these to bed I should be well pleased, but if he turned up at the restaurant like this, I would blush for his sake.

As always a man who has nerve and a sense of humor gets strung up by the b*lls. Yes, these are pajama inspired. If I am not wrong they are Prada? So I don’t think they are literally pajamas. I suspect he works in fashion and has taken steps to make it appropriate(the shirt, cufflinks, glasses, neat hair). To the person who said ‘he probably doesn’t have a wife”, that is insulting because he might and she could applaud his brave/madcap sense of style. Sure you could have gone routine by pairing either top or bottom with a solid and it still would have been great but it is nice to see the gutsy few who say, “this is for me and if you don’t like it? Look the other way.” Hooray!

I’m really not liking the outfit. It’s too literal. It’s kind of fashion victim-y. Just because it’s Prada (I think) doesn’t make it automatically hip and cool. I know the photo was taken because Sartorialist photographs many kinds of people’s styles and representations of fashion so I can appreciate that.

When I first saw the top of the photo, I loved it. As I scrolled down and saw the matching trousers, I thought, “nooooooo….”
I love busy patterns, but not always from head to toe. It does look too pajama-y and not in the good way. I’d love to see the top paired with navy dress pants or dark denims, and the bottom paired with the crisp white shirt he’s already wearing.

At least this one does onot really look like a PJ; rather resembles some of the AW2012/13 jacquard suits created by Muiccia Prada for her ladies line.
