I want her hair…and I will eventually when I get extensions. Nothing like a head full of hair…knocks 20 years off your age. Anyhow, the skirt is cute too. Looks like something you might able to make through Spoonflower, the online custom fabric shop.
i was missing you today! glad to see you posted three pics! :D they're fabulous- that girl has pretty amazing style! that skirt in that first picture is really interesting and catches your eye… and i love her choice of shoes paired with that fur coat in the second one… love her
that´s what I call personal style. she has a great face an a very particular hair. she knows how to highlight them instead of altering or hiding them. Congrats to Valentina, that retro/now look is just hers and no one else´s
This took my breath away. The eye's attention is immediately averted to the image on her skirt, but then looking up you are completely drawn to the coordination of her shirt and lips…and the shape of that coat…she aches with style, and I am in awe. A modern day Eve.
often you post pictures of people who are 'experimental' in their look and to be honest I think they look silly. Now this young woman Really has it going on not sure why that will take studied consideration – but she is a gem
She totally gets it…I love her style and sartorial sensibility! The photograph of her with the renaissance figure is so Moschino! I had to take a several looks with the two other photographs of her in that furry coat cuz with a few changes of accessories and shoes she had two totally different looks. Brava!
I'm thinking about if it would look better paired with a black shirt and a red coat – instead dark coat, red shirt…? now my eyes are alternatively focused on the figure on the skirt and then the red shirt, and back again. i find it a bit disconcerting, but perhaps it was intended like this?
Everything about her is tres magnifique…but for the 2nd and 3rd shoe choices. They do not compliment the extraordinary coat. They create an imbalance. The coat is ethereal and the shoes are clunky and heavy.
Valentina is the only truly stylish woman with curly hair I've seen to date. I'm glad she doesn't squash them with chemicals and blowdriers like so many others. Her style is very unique and just breathtakingly beautiful. She is a goddess and a true artist. I always hope to see a picture of hers posted here everytime I check your page. It's a shame there are so few pictures of her available on the Net. Thank you!
In the first picture her clothing is just wonderful and the shoes.. love them! And she can match elegant clothing with sports clothing so limberly! That's what is in my opinion very important.
very stylish and beautiful girl! the coats are amazing!
PS to: Anonymous said… "I want those coats. I'm in Canada — I NEED those coats! I'm not sure I could wear them quite as well as she does, but I'd promise to try." - i can make them for you… – these items are outstanding!
Now this is what confidence looks like. No trend, just style. The elements on their own may not look too exciting to the inexperienced eye but her her incredible confidence (knowledge of structure, shape and texture) makes these combinations so fiercely fabulous! A woman that i hope to aspire to.
I have to say the first one looks like she's holding a person between her legs, but the shoes are awesome. The second and third are beautiful – I love that she embraces her hair and the coat is striking.
I appreciate the diversity in your photos. There are no limitations in the type of photos and muses you will post. You make grunge look so cool. Casual look so fierce.
I've noticed that as of late, you have started to include more unconventional looks instead of the quintessential refined fashion looks. I dig it!!
She looks amazing – the proportion of her coats suits her so well and the image on the skirt is such a surprise. I just wish her coats weren't actually fur. I truly disagree with its reemergence.
I love these personal silhouette pictures that you have posted lately. I have been somehow bit excpecting people to find their unik styles and to keep them. Ofcourse it is natural to change turing time but it is something like personal character that we are. It makes us feel ourselves. With excperience I have come to notice that person who is interesting outside and cares of her/his personal style is seldom apathyc to surroundings and others. We have to allow ourselvs to be ourselves and then there will be this personal siluet. What I most love about people who care how they look is life. These pics you have here are allways full of life… persons who are not a dull grey mass. I love details and looks.
I hope to see more siluet pictures if you have them and thank you for your beautiful job. It is nice blog to watch with cup of coffe after sunny springday outside.
With best regards
AA from Estonia (no need to post it … more like a personal reguest to see more personal style pics :D )
All great photos. The look she gives is so evocative and in the first photo I feel she is somehow related to the figure on the skirt. Oh, and such unique hair–there is curly…and then there is this persons.
Well that first skirt certainly makes a statement, I am not sure how I feel about that. However her silhouette works very well for her, wish she would smile some though!
In the first photo, she manages to combine several really unique and creative items that work well as a whole. The skirt is amazing, the tights are sophisticated rather than OTT and I love the colour of her shirt and lipstick.
It says that she pays attention to what's gone before, stylistically speaking, but that she'll always wear something to reflect her personality.
I love this picture… it's so clean ans immediate. Makes you lose yourself in some place… far from everything.. just your state of mind and the rest is out of focus. beautiful
Mr. Schuman, The first photo, the one of the woman in the Jacques-Louis David skirt, is one of your best yet. The intersections of the vertical and horizontal lines are mesmerising!
PLEASE could anyone tell me the designer of the skirt she is wearing in the first picture? I need this peace of amazing beauty. merci beaucoup and love from germany
The following time I learn a weblog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my option to read, however I actually thought youd have something attention-grabbing to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you may repair when you werent too busy searching for attention.

The following time I learn a weblog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my option to read, however I actually thought youd have something attention-grabbing to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you may repair when you werent too busy searching for attention.
