Wow, this is a man with confidence. A man who knows that owning your age is sexy but that young fashion touches go a long way. I love how he seems to be walking with purpose, but still manages to look nonchalant. Great picture.

Love the olive drab single-buttoned, peaked-lapel blazer…moleskin? Combined with navy and tortoise shell (and a tanned complexion )–understated, casual but worldly elegance.

Nooo! I really just wish it were with a color other than navy–I’m with you for the rest of the comment (tortoiseshell, tan, elegant, etc). Didn’t mean I disagree with the whole 2nd half! (Hangs head in shame b/c of unclear phrasing.)

Plain and simple, and very effective as a result. What stops it looking mundane are the details; tortoiseshell glasses, single-button wide lapel jacket and coordinating trousers and jersey.
I wonder what he’s wearing on his feet? Black brogues? Hopefully not brogues without socks.

What the world needs (among other things) is more color! Would that more men in the US had the – what? style? confidence? – to tuck a pocketsquare into a casual jacket. It’s the dashes that do it!

Make no mistake. This is George, the fashion director for Vogue Nippon. The jacket is Anderson Sheppard. Note the deliberate placement of the pocket, the covered buttons, moleskin fabric. He is a minimalist, with such insouciance.
