On the Street…..Monoblue, Milan

I love this monochromatic use of blue; it’s the kind of look I would steal for myself.  The low scarf is a modern, sportier update to yesterday’s ascot.

Shades of blue worn together and knotted neck scarves- I love. This man is sexily, stylishly confident from head to toe. Also like that he is the only part in focus in this shot.

The definition of ‘seemingly effortless style’.
I’m loving wearing monochrome at the moment. It really helps hide some faults/unwanted bulges as you start to get a little older.

This photo and this man’s look are gorgeous, sporty (as you noted), and unique… and nicely accented by that cobalt in the background! I love the blue of his shirt and trousers — almost a mechanic’s uniform hue. The way men dress in Milan generally seems neatly calculated yet always evoking a comical element.

If it isn’t impolite/ungentlemanly, could The Sartorialist please be so kind to reveal the identity of this man/object of a crush since first spotting him here some time ago? Some creative field, surely? How many men can where whiskers this length and still look utterly GORGEOUS, though without looking like he’s spent too much time on his appearance ?! I love these blues together.
