There are some interesting contrasts here – edgy haircut, big glam sunglasses, and then the somewhat demure sundress and shoes. Attractive girl but I’m not sure it all works together.
Nice New Wave haircut. Great choice of shoe color; avoiding a redundancy in the colorway. She might be listening to Flock of Seagulls’ Space Age Love Song.
Oh boy… I had that haircut in the 80s! I didn’t see out of my right eye for half the decade… and I would balance it out with a single long earring on the left ear.
Loving the unconventional hair cut, with the sweet summer dress. She look super cool, and I think her shoes are cute…at least they aren’t dirty converse!
Just when I was starting to miss the all-American girl – there she is on Mercer. It’s all in the spirit and attitude that is there even if it’s no deeper than how she carries it! Oh, all right – it’s all up in that urban thang!
Ok here are my thoughts:
- you can tell this girl has HUGE CONFIDENCE because of that haircut. Normally, I would say this haircut doesn’t suit anyone, but she is rockin’ it.
- I don’t know if I like the dress….it looks like the only shape is created by the bag she is holding….not a big fan.
- I think the converse would have been a great choice! : ) Althoguh, I love her sandals. :)
- Altogether, she is someone I would like to know
She is very interesting looking and the haircut I find is very daring. Her shoulders and neck stand out for me, is that weird? But yes, I find her neck and shoulders to be her best features.
what a photo…the green leaves and the green shoes.
horizontal and diagonal lines with fence and striped dress.
hot time summer in the city!
wow! and not a tattoo…
If I’m not mistaken, I have those exact same vintage shoes in red. And while red would have “matched” better technically, I really like the green with the print.
I love this picture. It’s like that she had like red shoes at first. But suddenly she realises that it matches the outfit. Too perfect. She changes to the green shoes which show off here seablue toenails.
The dress is so lovely oceanlike. Would fit perfect by the sea even here in Sweden. At least for another week. :)
What a fascinating picture/girl captured here. A great mix of sweetness with the dress and the shoes, glam with the big sunglasses, and badass with the hair. I love your photos and this one is amazing.
So pretty. Her white blond hair and the green shoes are perfect. I wish that was my hair! But i have dark red hair. I would have to put my head in a bucket o bleach for an hour to get blond like that. Sadness. She just looks amazing.
Great summer shot. I currently have a similar under-cut hairstyle. The magic of it is that I can make it look more conventional/acceptable (when necessary) by just styling it differently: easy.
Ciao.
Brilliant! genius! Love the tough, bad girl hair and soft dress and SHOES!!!!!!!!! To me it says that she is brave and integrated- wears what takes her fancy but is confident to be free; is not bound by identifying with a particular “look” or attitude, all elements of her style are welcome and celebrated!!!
