I am sorry to say but I actually don’t like this shot… No emotions and not really inspirational. I think I am more interested in what’s happening around her, maybe the girl beside her? She looks more interesting. Martina, too thin, not my sunglasses, all star oh well, hair mmm no, would you have a picture of what’s happening around her? ;)
Actually, with two bags for her gear, this woman is probably extremely fit and healthy. Needless speculation doesn’t serve any purpose. Be however you want to be and others do the same. Time and genetics catches up with all of us. Martina is the cat’s pajamas.
Being fit and thin means that you are doing much that is in your power to be healthy. Thats all anyone can do. Seeing how the surgeon general has said that two thirds of Americans are overweight. So as far as we can see she looks more healthy then two thirds of our country. Compare that to the less then.05 percent that are underweight, and you have a clear picture on which direction people should be going.
If anyone can answer this I would really appreciate it! I once read somewhere that US collegiate apparel is very popular overseas. One of the more ubiquitous schools labeled on t-shirts, etc. is Franklin and Marshall. I graduated from that school (don’t ask how long ago…) and I’m still baffled when I see its name in fashion photos. I was admiring her overall look (LOVE the dress and sneakers) when i looked down and saw the red F&M bag. What gives??? So curious… Do Europeans even know what or where Franklin and Marshall is??
I’m such a massive fan of statement glasses and these are sublime. Love the pairing of the simple, fun striped dress and her laid back look, with the fun printed bags too. She looks like a cool gal going on holiday…and I want to come too!
Oh yeas, and as for the debate on clean or dirty sneakers… this is real life right? I’ve just become a bit of a sneaker addict, and on my first day/night out, boom! I tripped and there is dirt on one shoe which I cannot for the life of me get out.
a). how do real people keep their sneakers spotless?
b). Does it really matter?
