I love that you posted these two photos together, it ads a lot to them both! And it’s great to see the fashion versatility of this young woman, I don’t know if I would have recognised her if I’d see the shots in different posts…
I like how there is so much of contrast in both the looks… The first image where she is dressed lady like… seems she just walked out of a 1920′s black and white movie… such a strong face and the way she is holding the bag & how her hand is curled up… Beautiful!!
That top photo is so beautiful. What an amazing combination of delicacy and a harder edge… I love that she can transition her look so effortlessly. Such beauty! Thank you, Scott.
Hehehe my thoughts exactly. This girl’s choices date me exactly – I’ve worn nearly all of the items in these pix over the years: the gloves, the tied up shirt, the cutoffs, the leather jacket, the frock, both the dark and the magenta lipstick, the 50s bag, but I never, never wore the loud 80s parka! So that’s what makes it distinctive for me!
Amazingly dressed girl. The fact that the photos are done one by one makes it even more interesting and original for me)
Also like the lipsticks’ colours and how they match with the whole look!
Anyone can try on a different persona any day! LOVE both these FAB looks. I’m leaning towards the lace dress though! So cute & innocent and VOGUE!
XOXO

Wow! Amazing! I love that she has gone for bold lipsticks…I especially like the plum coloured one! Just shows you how fashion can completely change your image and she rocks both beautifully! xx
Like most people, I like the first photo … my favourite thing is pairing opposites, such as this woman’s delicate dress/gloves with the harder-edged leather jacket and bag. I want to see the shoes!
Most people didn’t say much about the second photo – I think it’s because it looks a bit like a Glamour mag “DON’T”.
Lovely makeup. Love how the contours come out on the Sunday image. That must had been so much fun presenting dramatic differences by the two personas. Can some experimenting still go on throughout the entire lifetime? Perhaps not on a daily basis that would be hard to keep up with, but still. Isn’t experimenting while having fun that sartorialism is all about? Isn’t that the core of it?
I love the pictures, I love the looks, but most of all I love what you said about it.
It really comforts me because some days it annoys me a bit not being able to choose a style and be “committed” to it
ps : I really like when you add a sentence or two to your picture. It makes me see it on a different angle.
The first photo looks more stunning with those leather materials; jacket and bag. But with the second pic, she really looks beautiful in that purple jacket; purple is my favorite color. I just love her hair too. She is actually amazing!
I have always known purple as a cool color and it didn’t let me down, the girl in the second photo looks wow! Same woman two different outfits but she knows how to bring out the real girl in her.
Make ups are there to compliment our looks and if they are applied properly they bring out the real person within us. The lipsticks complimented the outfits the girls were putting on.
