The layered white shirt under the off-white low v neck sweater with the sleeves pushed up is nice. I don't like the faded jeans with the end of his belt sticking out. The photograph is wonderful, with the window and daylight to his left, and the black background to his right.

I like this look because nothing seems too precious, yet he seems to have taken care in putting it together, the shirt is well-pressed and the denim is high quality. This works in large part because he does not have a lot of chest hair. The sum of the parts are great, but if there had been a chest bush escaping the shirt the whole look would have been ruined.

This man is so sexy. Apart from his lovely looks, he dresses exactly the way I like men to dress – looking like he hasn't made much effort, even tho' he probably has. The faded jeans are what, for me, makes this work.

I think this works because of the low-rise jeans. They lengthen the torso and make the V-neck and open collar seem less obtrusive and more relaxed.
