i always drool over these skirts when i see them in person, but never know how i would style them. she looks really hip and modern. love the entourage too, hah.
While the protagonist’s look is captivating and high drama, I’m drawn to the socks and heels combo directly behind her and would just love to see a full shot of the woman on the left!

and the best thing is that she looks as if she wore the first things came out of her close, simply stunning. if i was a girl would dress like that always.
While the protagonist’s look is captivating and high drama, I’m drawn to the socks and heels combo behind her, and would love to see a full shot of the woman on the left!
Audrey Hepburn IS alive. Wow, so feminine, so chic, so French. I have a skirt that is the same idea (Rachael Roy), same shape and same length except is is silver and instead of fringe there are columns of raw silk. I dress it down with a black cashmere long-sleeve sweater and black Miu Miu ankle boots. I wear it to high-tech Silicon Valley business meetings. Since I’m going to be one of the few women at the meeting I might as well represent my gender with elegance and femininity. The reason I take all my ballet classes (5x a week) is so I can wear an outfit like the one in the photo and walk gracefully in those ridiculously high heels that are currently in style.
This outfit is really working for me. I love the heels and the movement in her skirt combined with the stillness in the shirt and hair – great combination!
I love that there is this romance look to it. The simplicity makes it sophisticated and polished. I would love it if you checked out my blog, I have interesting fashion posts you might enjoy reading.
Wow! Love the picture! When I first saw her I was thinking about Chanel and then a women at the right holding a magazine with Chanel on it. Really classy!
Natalia Alaverdian – fashion editor of Harpers Bazaar Russia. The other georgian girl on the left seems to be Nino Eliava http://www.trivialinsanity.com/
I like the silver shoes with the black trim on the right – worn with black tights – it looks way TOO cold for this ladies feather sleeveless dress & bare legs combo! She must be just freezing!
OMG She looks crazy amazing! Love it x10000. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! Can’t get enough of this look, it’s all equal parts awesome and ridiculous – my favourite kind of outfit.

the necklace embroidery on the top is an inspiration of the Necklace of Maharaja of Patiala, India, which got lost during independence. The original necklace consisted of 2963 diamond, a huge yellow sapphire and burmese rubi. The embriodery version or the print of it looks great on the top. I am in process of making one for myself.
