he sidled along the sidewalk, a one-two scat step, like those old cats, bird, the prez, sweet crooning lady day, on homage to the village, his pin stripe suit tight on his flesh, his pocket square on display.

I love the shoes. I know they are simple plain toe bluchers—but do you know the brand? Alden?

I love the movement in this shot. And I love the choice to keep it black and white. That pinstripe look is so fresh and classic!

It’s true, this is a timeless picture. I love everything about it, there is a bit of madmen in it, but I thnk that it is even better, because this is not a costume, it’s real life and one can tell.
I like his elegance, but what I really like is the picture, the light, the choice of black and white. I am not a professional, but this is the real deal.
It took me back, this is good, this is really good.
    Its amazing!
    This is something else.

What an amazing accomplishment that you manage to produce such stunning photographs every day. Beyond your contribution to fashion, you’ve helped revive the golden age of street photography.
Anyhoo – Love the signs in the background. Makes me think he just left a performance and is contemplating it. Beautifully put together, except perhaps the bulky pocket item.

Nice photo, especially in b&w. Though there is nothing special about the clothes, at least when you are from Europe. Could be the average banker, real estate broker. Not fancy enough for today’s advertising companies. It is the firs time I see someone stuffing both hands into the pockets of his suit jacket.

The pinstriped suit is such a classic a man can never go wrong with it. He just looks so tidy and put together, now if only that existed in high school.

    a nice single breasted button-2

think of the 60s and turn-ups do not spring to mind

maybe it’s an english thing but turn-ups on your trousers should be reserved for double breasted suits. other than that, a nice cut and fit.

True, surprised to see cuffed trousers on a suit that is not double-breasted. Well, it is still a very retro-look, that may spark a trend, as it suits him.

More than just the sharp look and tailored suit, he looks very focused on something and although his physical being is in the image, his mind is totally distant… I wonder what he his thinking about? This is why I reckon Scott takes amazing photos!
