im loving the fur vest… im not sure what I like most of it, but it must be either the long hair of the fur or the indigo colour. Im in love!

Wowww. That fur vest is crazzzyyy. Love this look from head to toe. Grey is such an underutilised neutral. If she went with white the impact wouldn’t have been as effective.

I think what helps with all these layers is that the bottom ones are so thin. The grey sweater is almost transparent, and so it seems to float a little. If she wore a grey sweat shirt underneath, it would look grubby. Really thin material like this sweater looks so expensive, which adds to the allure of the outfit.

@une chatte grise, it was just a matter of timing and law of averages…you beat me to the punch about 90% of the time…I had a college friend in the 80′s who did a post-graduate year at the Sorbonne–she may have left her jeans at a thrift shop.

I think it’s great when you pair something glam with an otherwise more casual look. Also, the grey looks great with the blue, kinda plays off the hues in the coat. And the blue rimmed glasses are like the icing on the cake :)
