I just love these snowy pictures you're doing this year. They evoke atmosphere and place so beautifully. The layering is wonderful – as is the framing of the picture. Thanks.
First of all this is a great shot! She also looks very smart with all her layers but my favorite layer it the outer kind of tweed coat. It makes amazing contrast with the tweed and the fur. Amazing shot and smart girl!!
Great start to the month with the cool crop of this photo! Love the composition on this. Love this look. Some people can't layer well and it just looks like they can't decide what to wear….know what I mean?
That looks exactly like in Finland at the moment. Your blog makes me so happy everytime I stumble in here, prefect for a grey Monday like this….Love, Pia
Great photo Sart. A happy snow princess in Manhattan. I don't care for her tweedie overcoat (too much going on there, IMO). But, I love her fur muffler/scarf and of course she has a killer smile.
Beautiful cold weather outfit. The fur at her neck is just gorgeous. I love her outerwear and the blazer that goes so well underneath. She looks great!
Aah…she reminds me of a beautiful Italian girl I went to school with, who helped teach me that large and loose clothing (in great fabrics) can be just as chic or more so than small and tight. The Europeans, and especially the Italians, have always done volume so well.
The cut of that outer coat is so unusual with the long V neckline. She emphasized and enhanced that brilliantly with the fur scarf. I wish I could have seen the Canadians out for the Olympics – they have no problem with wearing fur and there is no substitute in a harsh climate. This outfit will stay with me for a while.
i love the fur neck warmer- its amazinggg! and the snow falling in the picture with just the girl in focus, great photo. i sent an email to your account! Liv
I absolutely adore this picture – her fur collar, the two perfect coats on top of each other, the snow, the smile…. I want to give her a hot chocolate and a cuddle!
