Can’ t she possibly be chilly with bare legs and hardly no bottoms on? I mean, most of the people behind her are wearing a windbreaker of some sort…apparently it is not summer there.
Nice juxtaposition between the white grown, black outfit and pinkish skin. It’s almost as if her legs are floating on the background.
