This is a wonderful summer look – so hip! I’m not a big fan of handkerchief hems, but this tiered, striped skirt is perfect. Love the simple shoes and accessories and her great haircut.

I think this is the best striped skirt I’ve seen thus far this year. It’s not in your face with stripes run amuck. I’d sew something like this in an aorta beat.

Beautiful! Casual elements, but assembled into a very sophisticated b&w composition. A chic graphic design statement, from her hair coloring to the tip of her handkerchief points. And, I’d bet when she walks, these supple clothes move with her as easily and sensuously as a dancer’s shadow.

Oh I just love this. I’m not sure of her background, but her look reminds me very much of the women I recently saw in Tokyo, and especially Harajuku. The fashion in Tokyo is fantastic, imaginative, insane. From Little Bo Peep weirdness to contemporary and chic, like this woman, here. I am also sporting an asymmetrical bleached blonde look (I’m half Japanese) and love seeing fellow Asians who rock the look.

I usually don’t like the off the shoulder top nor the handkerchief skirt but here, it’s perfection. Without detailing this look, I can tell the proportions are right, her hair is beautiful and this young woman has a great posture. Perfect shot, again !
