This is how you should wear a really short skirt.

She’s a very pretty girl who can wear a short skirt well. The skirt itself is fantastic, but the the shoes are a bit Minnie Mouse and the coat?/cardigan? is something I wouldn’t wear to the bathroom in a cheap boarding house. The t-shirt is okay.
I really have to ask why is this style?

As with almost all of you pictures people look at this and ask themselves why is this style???
well first of all look at the person, without clothes. she is obviously someone with a rich interior life;true style usually is a reflection of one’s thorough understanding of onself’s, what suits you, and who you actually are , irrespective of fashion tendencies; if u really know yourself, then you probably have style…while if u don’t, you’d probaly only project an image of formality and look vaguely counterfiet…
true style always looks confortable due to its tendency towards expressionism ..she does look confortable; Bravo to her!

Not my style, and don’t particularly like the pieces, especially the shoes, which make her legs look disproportionate, BUT in terms of styling, I like that the skirt stands out against the soft and neutral palette of the rest of the outfit. Great way to make a piece stand out.
This kind of shows you that good styling is great art, regardless of whether you’d actually wear/like the pieces themselves! And of course, that’s what makes good photography! There’s learning everywhere, even in what one doesn’t like…

The girl is cute, but I’m not that much into her style. The shirt and cardigan would seem adorable to me if it would be part of the morning outfit of a girl on her way to the grocery store for a bottle of milk early on a Sunday morning in her own neighborhood, but that doesn’t seem the case here. The skirt has some potential with other combinations though, and the same counts for the shoes.

The shoes look like they may weigh more than she does, which throws the proportions off a bit for me, but what the hell. She looks terrific. Love the re-contextualizing of the miniskirt (and I suspect y’all know by know how seldom I say anything nice about miniskirts).

V. cute skirt. My mother used to make me skirts like that from half a yard of fabric back in the day.
I don’t like the oversized garments, however. Imagine if she worn a nice fitted shirt with it so you could see her lovely tiny figure. Much nicer.
