It’s too bad that mainstream fashion has made a mold that everyone is supposed to conform to. This guy might not be considered fashionable by Anna Wintour, but what does that matter to him?
That is absolutely my kind of guy. So totally hot I wish there were twenty of him!!!! Oh and yeah, I like his style. You know its all him. Look at the expression. The white shirt really makes it stand out. And he KNOWS he is hot. Not that I come here to ogle men, but this is very nice!!!!
This is so perfect! I feel like this same outfit- camo jacket, big white button up, fitted black vest, and grey denim- would look fantastic on a woman as well. Yet it doesn’t look the least bit feminine here.
@j’ecris; I don’t know. It looks lived in to me. Just like he takes good care of his stuff. The shirt is the only thing that looks new. But then maybe he just uses bleach. Some people wash their stuff. Just like his hair looks clean and touchable, but we know he didn’t buy his hair new, now don’t we. Prrrfect.
Well, scissors were discovered centuries ago, please somebody tell him :) He is definitely a sympathetic guy under all that hair and strange clothes :)
I like his beard, pants, and boots. The rest looks kind of lazy and lame. It’s important to look comfortable with oneself, but that doesn’t mean he’s/it’s stylish, authentic, original, or praiseworthy.
totally agree with the ryan gosling comments, also i see jay kay in there :D we could all take a lesson from him in layering.
i love that you photograph people that stand out somehow. people should remember that whether the style in this (or in any) photo pleases someone’s individual style aesthetic is completely subsidiary. that person has just been there, in that place and looked extremely cool.
it’s lovely to see someone project themselves through clothes – there’s his femininity hair & hat, the man’s attention to detail, his masculinity in the choice of jeans and shoes, and all of it seemingly just layered on & casual.

Beautiful man, and vague style. His jeans are either rolled too loosley or folded too narrowly; it looks like heavy biker denim or at least 16 oz. and will probably tear before starting to look good, in a year or so from now. His waistline is hidden, the most interesting trait of this jean, while his zipped cardigan or gillet would have made it stand out, hip or waist equally interesting, especially if it’s cut rather high. His socks are too dark to mediate between the dark denim, the fold/roll and his shoes; boots would probably be good here, and in sharper contrast (colour) to his jeans. The effect of his cardigan and jacket is ruined by his shirt, and his felt hat has no obvious function in this environment, which makes it look like an application for something else. His beauty and youth allows him to dress in most anything, which is both charming and a nive point of style, but his style can come a long way with a little simplification and integration. Love the boy, though.
