The outfit is not my favorite, but the photo is so stunning. The colors, the bikes, the somewhat pained look on this beautiful woman’s face. It’s all so European, and yet I feel like I pass this scene in San Francisco every once in awhile. Really stunning.

Charming…it makes me want to live in Amsterdam. I daresay riding a bike around town stylishly (without a helmet?) even with this little snow would be wonderful. On the fashion side, I like this woman’s furry vest. The perfect accessory with snowflakes on the ground.

Hey Scott, just curious why shooting this one landscape? Because of the bicycles? I like the shot, although this one isn’t really isolated on the outfit itself …more like a street photography shot to me(certainly not a bad thing though)
So bad I couldn’t make it to your book signing:( Really wanted to meet your in person. Hope to meet you once somewhere in the future in Holland or perhaps meet you by fate on the streets in NY.
Amsterrdam is great right! Doing a lot of street photography there.
Hope you had fun at the signing session and you’ll be visiting Holland again soon.

Was she just wearing THAT or she has more layer before that photo was taken? Or is it safe to safe to say “for the sake of fashion, old man winter ill be ignore”???

When you were at the Q&A in Amsterdam you mentioned you took a picture of a lady with sheer panty hose and a ballon shape coat earlier that day. Because you were in such a rush, your publisher had to order your lunch. I’m so curious now. Did you post this picture?

Hi Scott, at the Q&A at Foam Amsterdam you told the audience that you took 4 pics in Amsterdam that time.
You painted us an image of how you were at a little cafe drinking hot coffee with your agent from Penguin books. And then all of a sudden you saw a tall young lady passing outside and that you wanted to shoot her. You shoved all your stuff towards your agent and dashed outside, because you really wanted to take the shoot. You rushed to overtake her and when you finally reached her you said, totally of breath in the frigidly cold air of Amsterdam, that you wanted to take a picure of her…. Still out of breath, saying that you would explain later what you do and who you are.
Scott, was this the girl you talked about?
