Intriguing in that you can read a lot from that coat, but can’t quite tell the mood or type of character we’re looking at without a full 180.

With the similar reminiscent creeper shoes, shades and hair it’s kinda 50′s alternative, telling just from behind.

My favourite here is the coat. Nice vintage look-like.

Makes a change from one of the million security/police/shopworker uniforms that they fit in their rather overweight bodies in NYC

I really like the red and white checkered coat. Reminds me of a coat my aunt used to have. The shoes make it all thematic.

I agree with Chris’s comment, the coat has a lot more to say than its mysterious owner!

It’s amazing how a single item of clothing can say so much about a person.

Love this vibe of 50′s style plus creeper soles. I see it more and more, and I like it more and more each time I se it.

Love the print and length of this coat, has a vintage cool vibe! Nice find!
February 9, 2014 at 9:34 pm
The coat will only work with shoes like this. With anything else it will simply be too 80′s. This way its modern. The combination is what works.

Nice outfit, but my first thought was “Elaine Benes, 1994!”
