The first photo just just beautiful. I love the light in the background. I love blue and green together as it is something that was never surpose to be. As the old saying goes "blue and green should never be seen unless there is a colour in between" I think now we can no longer say this.
This is you at your best. The first photo captures colour, texture complemented by a beautiful imagine under the most perfect lighting conditions. You are a talent and i am constantly blown away by your eye. LoVe your work!
the first picture,so beautiful and graceful…the sweater, belt, skit and shoe are magically combined and the second picture, the color of her lip and hat,so brilliant!!!
Her height in the first photo is really beautiful–kind of ethereal. I love how it's accentuated by the woman in the background in dark clothes who seems to be in a demi-crouch.
I love and covet the sweater in the first shot–the colors are understated but vivid, and the style is classic enough that it could work for people with very different aesthetics. It's particularly flattering with her haircut and coloring.
And I usually hate short skirts, but this one really works. Like the sweater, it tweaks the preppy look (via color and knife-pleating). It's just long enough and classic enough that, in combination with the sweater and heavy-strapped shoes, it looks lovely and flattering, not tacky and attention-seeking.
I love the red hat…this woman does seem to be having so much fun. And look! She's not old enough to be in the Red Hat Society. She's egging on her elders unknowingly. If she really respected her RH Society elders, she'd wear pink (blech!). The 59 and younger crowd – eat yer hearts out and wear RED Hats. All the time. Everywhere, anyhow. Hah.
There is one moment in every day, that i look forward to and that never disapoints me. the moment i take a small glimpse of what is happending on the sartorialists sight. it doesn't matter how crappy the day might have been, taking a look at interesting people the way fashion nearly transformes into art. the way it displays pure beauty, tells stories and inspires fills me up with joy. it's a great blog,
thanks for giving us such delightful pictures every day and for so many years!
i love how the bright red is the climax for the muted flesh hues. soooo vintage looking. Just beautiful. I would love to see her eye make up. "None" would be perfection.
Love a woman who sport short hair. And the colour of her hair really pops in the first photo. The 2nd…I noticed nothing else but the lovely face of freckles and that lovely smile. Oh the hat is nice too. :)

Love a woman who sport short hair. And the colour of her hair really pops in the first photo. The 2nd…I noticed nothing else but the lovely face of freckles and that lovely smile. Oh the hat is nice too. :)

I love how the belt is almost glowing against the dark sweater…
