There’s something about her that reminds me of one of the princesses from Narnia while the strapping fella by her side reminds me of Huckleberry Finn/Thomas Sawyer.

Here in Stockholm, everyone looks good and dress well, but they all look and dress the same. The Stockholm scene is afflicted with a serious case of trend anxiety and, being a relatively small city, it becomes very apparent very fast. . If someone is seen wearing purple socks in a club on Friday night, rest assured everyone is wearing purple socks by Monday morning. So. yes, this summer will be remembered as the summer of Converse, but next year the same shoes will be considered SO 2011! It’s a pity, but social conformity rules a small city.

please add this word: healthy! lushly healthy & happy & positive & beautiful stylish humans :) you know that i like these photos over draggy & hair hanging & bras- i’m not one to comment on those photos as ‘exquisite’, but to each their own, i suppose.
and just so you know, i think that women in photos with shirts without bras and of homeless people and ones of a worker that duck tapes his boots: all these things are SO beautiful, I Love those! thank you :)

Yes, everyone in Sthlm are wearing converse… everyone follows the fashion in Sweden, no matter if you trying to be different, no one fully manage to break away from the trends, the fleeting trends in Sweden is what everyone lives for!!!

This is oh so true about converse and sweden. I was once talking to my husband and laughing that half China is working hard just to support Swedens need of Converse. Teachers, kids, salesman etc….everyone wears Converse. I just wonder how it started :)
