This is the first of these photos that I have really truly loved…the way the man looked, and the bold shoes along with the black torso (except, of course the bag)…ah! Bien :)
Dear Sartorialist, you are out-doing yourself here. Never mind the fashion insiders, you are at your best when you are out in the street, photographing the creativity of 'ordinary' people, like this guy! :-))))
I have been enjoying your blog for what seems like forever, but never have I been so engrossed by a series of location shots as I am by these images from Japan. These wonderful people, with such a fabulously varied aesthetic, really know how to play with clothes, and as usual, your responsive eye has found superb examples for us to contemplate. Thanks to you and all your subjects for giving us great joy.
Just wondering if the first photo of the glass wall is somehow related to 10 corso como in Milan. really looks like the same design theconceptdresser.blogspot.com
I live in Japan and have been to this flea market, but to me it didn't look like this. I love your talent that can catch such beautiful moments. Wonderful.
The pegboard is so inspiring! i made a flower crown the other day with similar looking flowers.. however, this is a DIY project calling my name all its own.
If you would like to see more flower and spring insprirations.. check me out @
