I’m with you on this one, but how interesting it is that there are people who dress themselves head to toe in a pattern meant to help one blend in, in order to stand out.
Exactly what I was thinking -
I like a faded camo denim jean or bomber jacket but a whole outfit really bright is just too much.
It looks like they just came back from war. http://untrucoudeux.wordpress.com/
Am loving the camo trend (even though with these outfits I must agree with LIZPR that it is better in small doses) I remember when I bought my first camo shirt and my brother was horrified ;)
xoxo Alex
The left outfit is interesting: Both because of the darker pattern and the more exotic fabric.
The other guy, on the other hand, looks like he is trying much too harder that he should: The shoes + socks + bag + “in your face” camo suit is overkill.
Camo is good – as everything is, in little doses. ;)
I agree with one of the other commentors, just like leopard print, I prefer it in one statement piece or just a little bit of it in an outfit, I like the prints anyway :)
I LOVE IT!!! Its over the top and glamourous, I love the too muchness of it with the leopard shoes!! I love daring when its done with taste there is nothing offensive to my taste buds here!
I live in North Dakota where people where people wear this look for practical purposes, so I admit that I love the irony of seeing it worn to make a statement. I loved all the Carhart jackets in Tokyo and Paris for the same reason. It’s fabulous to see the same jacket my dad wears in the field on someone in Shibuya or the Latin Quarter.
The guy’s suit on the left is quilted! That’s so cool. Big bucks right there.
I love the guy’s cheetah print shoes. Or leopard prints. I have no idea. It mathes with his suit. But dang those suits are so pattern heavy. You can spot them a mile down the street. Doesn’t blend so well with the urban setting haha

I somehow agree. I mean, I don’t really like the combination of leopard shoes + cameo. But the first guy is pretty dressed. :D

That’s kind of the point though!
Anyone can wear camo, but it takes guts to take it to this extreme. I love it :P

NO! This is a terrible trend. Aside from glorifying military combat, it is simply an ugly print.

The camo on the right is traditionally a print used for hunting in the 60s and onward. It was used to kill ducks, nothing militaristic about it.
