Tried and tested….works well with white Oxford shirts with a colourful sash or scarf for a belt!

I love the loose denim shirt-dress, almost like she’s wearing his clothes out. Their matching bracelets are also very cute – a perfect ‘in the moment’ shot, as per usual :)

A lot of girls try to pull this off and end up with that “I just had sex with someone and this is his shirt” look. Especially if it’s a man’s dress shirt. She on the other hand, has that borrowed from the boys style without looking scandalous. Great shot!

She looks great. I am glad that she’s wearing denim that’s not washed out or tatty.
But….she looks like she’s missing something. Something being hot pants. Or any type of bottom-cover.
Perhaps this is her way of expressing her sexuality. If I were to wear this, I would feel sexy too…..but’s a bit too little too much for normal days. 2 cents worth, btw.

I agree, something is not right with the half dressed girl. It is not a dress and if it is worn as a shirt, it is missing the bottom half. I don’t think that it is appropriate. Otherwise, love your shots!

She’s a beautiful girl and would look good in anything, but as a look this doesn’t work for me. Too short, too shapeless, shirt is too nondescript (except for the color); if she had belted it, it would have been waaay too short. Scott has a great eye, though–excellent photo.

Usually I’m not a fan of the oversized shirt ‘cuase it really does look like the person forgot their pants..but not in this case. It looks really cute and chic, and her sandals are perfect with it. I like his expression. Nice shot.

This shirt-as-dress is no shorter than a fitted mini, which makes it work I think. But only for a young and fit woman, the neat hair, the flat sandals, the loose fit. Hey, she may indeed have some modesty bottoms on, folks! Let’s not get carried away.
Why do so many women in these photos scramble their legs like this? That is starting to bother me! :-) Straight and balanced posture adds elegance to any outfit. Thanks for the great photos!

I distinctly remember numerous articles in different women’s fashion magazines showing boyfriend shirt dresses as a “Don’t”… and I have to agree. A simple pair of black or kelly green leggings would make this an adorable look, though.

Howard Street between Broadway and Crosby with all those folks smack in the middle has to be because of the earthquake, unless it’s a street fair. The young lady’s look can only be redeemed by hot pants ( mini shorts, preferably denim).

She looks great. I have seen dresses way shorter than that, I see no problem with the length. I think a belt would scream fashion victim and this girl, with her natural hair, doesn´t look like she reads too many fashion magazines. Probably has more important things to do, bless her.

Needs a belt! Totally looks like she’s advertising that she JUST had sex! A belt would make it look more thought out. Like an intentional look. It’s not that it’s too short…for all we know, she DOES have something on underneath it…but she LOOKS nekkid! Man, I sound old and conservative. LOL!
