BUT… if it's warm enough for a pair of shorts wouldn't it be too warm for a pair of boots? Sandals would have made the outfit. As is, the look doesn't gel.
And rather than run-of-the-mill jeans, what about a pair of pleated white shorts? Now that would have been fantastico.
My favorite part is her confident walk and hairflip. It looks like she's using the clothing as a spring-point for a character and enjoying the hell out of it. Gorgeous!
oh, come on, guys… Scarlett Johanson? I think not. "One of most fashionable [you] had seen in this blog"? Please… Scott's blog is brimming with the sartorial equivalent of natural diamonds, sapphires and rubies. What I see here is a cubic zirconia from K-Mart.
i have those boots! they are vintage…originally a size 9..but my dad took them to bolivia (no one would do it in toronto)with him when he went on vacation. they made a size 7! looks brand new!
A level of casual Hermes never imagined. The print of the shirt hints at Hermes, particularly with the boots, which one poster is saying is not Hermes. Never-the-less the effect is achieved.
A young Isabelle Adjani. Looks great because she's a beautiful girl, nothing more. Not the most stylish you've shown, but pleasing nevertheless. I like her……….
Not feelin it at all. The individual pieces are great, but I detest the summer/fall mix of shorts, bare legs and boots. If the shirt was paired with a cute mini skirt, I could have tolerated it, but in general I think it's best to pick a season and go with it. The time for boots will come soon enough. Enjoy the warm weather while we still have it.
Boy!! This is your Kun Mae —- Found this pic of you just tonite. Well, you look terrific, I must say. Bring me some copies of New York. Thanks in advance
P'Boy may be from BKK, but her ensemble is utterly NY. As for the comment about 'picking a season and sticking with it': clearly that person is not from NY. Boy's look is incredibly put together, with an effortlessness achieved only by intuition. Makes sense given that her bags (www.boyybag.com) are equally remarkable.
