I am just glad the sunglasses are not quite the Ray-Ban shape we keep seeing. I didn’t mind 80s leggings and nearly all other parts of the 80s revival (what do I care, right?) but the big 80s sunglasses are driving me nuts. Totally freaking nuts.
That said, this girl could wear whatever she wants. She’s cool.
The bag is really distracting, takes away from everything else. It’s deliberate but doesn’t work here. If I put my index finger over it the look is great. There’s enough going on between the necklaces and the shoes.
Oh, I love it- she’s rockin it with a little of that Madonna attitude circa Desperately Seeking Susan! The bag, dress, piles of necklaces, stance, expression, haircut- everything.
i like the neon bag as a distraction, I think without it the look is sort of common. I LOVE the necklaces and the way she pulls everything off with (what seems like) very little effort.
This is a cool looking summer look, but something is not sitting well with me about the jewelry. It’s probably just me, but the necklace looks like cobwebs.
Doh! Max, you have both burst my bubble and enlightened me. Ok, well, I stand corrected. Those are pretty badass Ray-Bans. I am glad she’s rocking those and not the more obvious Kirsten Dunst white version. :)

Love her haircut too. The crafty-looking topmost necklace appears to be Marni.

The glass store front behind her is a great hair salon.
Wonder if she has just visited? The cut is very fresh and feminine.
Gilda, I agree, what is wrong with being a tomboy? She looks excellent!

Lainy: I hate to burst your bubble, but those are in fact 80s ray bans. The model name is “Drifter,” and they haven’t been made for about 20 years.
