I can’t remember if she said this was Dries or Comme or a little of both. What really made this look work was that the hose were thigh-highs so when she walked it showed just the slightest bit of skin. It is almost impossible to bring sexiness to the austere Japanese aesthetic but this young lady did it.

Is it goth? (who else better combines sexy/austere? but a good-looking goth is hard to find)

You didn’t picture the “skin” bit here, but I can totally imagine it and it’s genius!

I like it, it’s weird but I like it. Except the sandals bother me, they seem so prim in comparison to everything else.

I covet those shoes! They appear to be a gunmetal grey — what a good alternative to standard black shoes.

nice outfit, too bad about the too-light shoes. that’s too jarring and it ruins the look for me.
I like how you put your subjects at ease before taking their picture.
