Hi Scott, love your site/blog. I am Australian and love to have a daily peek. Question – do you only photograph very skinny ladies? Or are they all like that in NY? Or do you have a special camera? Or are only skinny ladies stylish? Just an observation from a skinny (well 115lbs) Aussie lass.
Seeing her brings to mind sailing. Not the appalling (sorry, but I really do feel that they are) sailing outfits, but rather the Feeling of slowly gliding through the Stockholm archipelago with friends on a summer day.
A thought about dippy shoes: What if “dippyness” is her statement? Not everybody dresses to state seriousness or compliance with rules of some establishments, and for that be out of fashion. In terms of shape I prefer this to the ugly flip flops.

Whatever it is, the strap configuration is perfect. Great idea.

Agree with Nia’s strap configuration comment – it makes this for me, and gives me some good ideas!

I love the shoes and the clothes, but her slouch is a little too much. so many people would look better if they worked on their posture.

I second anonymous’ comment about her posture. Standing tall is the style equivalent of repainting a room.

“Standing tall is the style equivalent of repainting a room.”
I’d say standing tall is the style equivalent of repainting a room *white*.
Variation in posture and physical demeanor are – by definition – intrinsic to personal style.
