I m ay be wrong, but i think he’s wearing Rip’n'Dip. They’re a small clothing company based out of LA. They’re all skateboarders themselves and design shirts a lot like the one he’s wearing. It’s cool to see the guys at RipnDip expanding and being the choice of daringly stylish guys like the one in your photo.

I actually met this guy. He is one of the fashion twins dee and ricky. They’ve done a ton of stuff, like (co)designing for Marc Jacobs, Pony (sneakers) and G-shock. They also have a restaurant in NYC.
It’s a great outfit but believe me, these twins can dress way more outrageous normally.

Oh, I finally spotted the raccoon. I only saw moose before. Don’t like the matching two-piece look – don’t like this look at all.
