Fabulous lady! Stylish, memorable and exuberant. Love the (portrait?) necklace. Furry cossack hat, summer print dress and tweed. This lady’s hair is pretty impressive too. How totally marvellous. Refreshing to see a post like this.

For me a big fur hat with long hair always has something uncivilized to me. And “uncivilized” works better if the person is young.
