I really dig your work as of late, Scott. Your photos seem to highlight the whole person and their personality now, and not just the clothing they’re wearing. I feel like I know some of these people just by your captures.

Great shots. I particularly like the first – so chic. These pyjama print suits are (thankfully) everywhere at the moment!

Agreed – it’s the one thing that is really starting to negatively effect my view of Scott’s generally fantastic work. Adults are free to make their own choices, of course, but I’m all for anything that severs the link between smoking and stylishness in the minds of younger people. I’m starting to lean toward the notion that the presence of a cigarette makes you automatically NOT fashionable.

So the photograph is in beautiful light but the cigarette turns you off… never mind the fur.

I used to walk arm in arm with my friends in Paris, but not anymore since I moved to the U.S. Apparently it’s risquĂ©.

Numbers 3 and 5 are all about the smiles; yes, all about the smiles. A smile always makes for a youthful glow at any age. Shots not bad either.

I love the jacket in #2 – the color combination reminds me of outdoor gear of the northwestern states… very earthy.

I’m a big fan of the sun flare photography – it reminds me of the cinematic work of the late, great Conrad Hall. It puts me right there, on a sunny day, glancing over into the sun to see a beautiful woman’s smiling face.

such lovely shots and great style. (The girl in the first shot reminds me of Misha Barton). Thank you Scott for capturing these moments. I loved watching that film by Intel Visual ife. You’re right, we’ll look back at these photos years on and it’s fascinating to watch how fashion evolves and what people do with it.
all the very best to you and the lovely Garance
