PS: this whole “London fashion week is soooo over the top”-vibe we’re getting from you, I think applies to all fashion weeks, and a lot of fashion folks. There’s a fine line between fashion and carnival. Suzy Menkes wrote about this very sharply in hte IHT recently.

that’s not Tom’s, thats Fernandez and Wells, same building different cafe. Their black pudding and egg sandwich is the best cure for a hangover.

She is lovely, but not sure why her superlative style and charm would come as a surprise. Real style and genuine graciousness are often best cultivated by those who can’t just buy the latest fashions and who aren’t born into a life of entitlement.
