The scarf looks great tied in a big bow like this. I've attempted to do this look on myself but for some reason I can never get the scarf to look right or maybe my head is just a funny shape but I love it on other people.
I just love her, she has the presence of a queen. The scarf shouts Hermes although I'm not sure. Love the outfit too. Just goes to show you how simplistic can be taken to such a sophisticated level. Super chic!
Here is a wondeful example of how accessorizing correctly can make all the difference in one's choice of outfit. This beautiful young lady makes a perfect match of an "old" denim jacket and an elegant scarf (perhaps it's Hermes, or not, doesn't really matter too much)and wraps it around her head in a style reminiscent of uptown tough girl chic. The whole thing works marvelously.
Wow, this looks great! I simply cannot pull this look off – all head scarves, whether tied in a chic bow like this, or tied "kerchief" style around my head, ALWAYS slips off, and I'm always fidgeting with it, and wind up pulling it off.
This shot for me conveys an interesting tension – beautiful girl wearing relaxed clothes, yet too much makeup… is that a clue to a classic look? Nevertheless, she looks very cute and comfortable. I'm a big fan of her tieing her own scarf.
Just marvelous look!!! Tokyo is always awesome to visit and see the very style around its corners and streets!!! By the way, how abt a visit to Sao Paulo, Brazil? Our tropical winter is just abt to begin and I am sure there will be a lot of terrific looks in our streets too!!! Be our guest and visit us!!!!
people don't understand that what they like about this photo is NOT the head scarf, the cell phone or the denim jacket, regardless of how well they match. it is the angles of it all. everything presents shape. the rounded bun offsets the triangles of the bow which offset the eye brow peak offsets the rectangular phone offsets the pentagons on the jacket, etc.
