Wow, their style reminds me to our bavarian (south part of Germany) traditional costumes called “Dirndl” and “Lederhose”… Like the photo, they look supercute together…
Very cute and very stylish! I can’t tell if they are 11 years old or 17 year old though, although the look would work for either age. I especially like her straw purse and straw hat.
It is called cute style. Her straw hat, bag, and floral vest create romantic look. But her shoes … make her look stronger. On him I like the scarf on his neck. It reminds me about unisex fashion. Adorable couple))

Um, wow there is just way to much going on with these two. But hey they seem happy, so who am I to judge.
I especially like the innocence of this picture portrays. I appreciate how nothing goes together but everything goes together in the way the Japanese are so great at doing. I wish I had a wee bit of this nack in my own wardrobe :) Maria
Tokyo street fashion has always been fascinating. There are all sorts of variations and (for lack of a better term) sub-genres, each with their loyal adherents. Would love to see more!
i guess we can’t help the style that’s in Tokyo…everyone has their own….not liking the look, too much for me, but they look very happy together and I love that
I always feel that Tokyo is one of the best places for fashion inspiration and this photo proves my opinion. I love how free and fun they are with their style.
I’m always fascinated by the Japanese fashion, there’s weird chicness and at the same time very trendy. They very much like to copy the animes. Go Nippon! Go!

It’s interesting to see the major western influence here and how it’s been embedded into the Japanese culture and re-interpreted. We see trends in Europe and America inspired by other cultures, but don’t really think about how distinctly western cultural markers are received elsewhere.
