My opinion, for what it’s worth: her shades are the only element of interest in this shot. The rest of her look is not really minimalist, just blah. But her shades are absolutely worth mention: any idea as to the brand?
The lovely lady looks as comfortable in her ensemble as though she was wearing an old cardigan and jeans, which is a true watermark of effortless style. I could easily imagine her at a sidewalk cafe having lunch and charming the heck out of an old guy like me.
To find a website where the quality of audio and images to satisfy it is very difficult. And today I want to share a website with people watching. Movies extremely fine but completely free. View offline ..!
I see a refined aesthetic, coupled with a strong sense of one’s self, and a desire to project that sense of oneself into the world … which see does. All of her dress choices on this day relate to, and harmonize with, and play off of her slender frame. I would have loved to have seen her without the turtleneck, for her neck is long. Perhaps the weather was a little too cool to go out without it. Finally, I would love to see her without those beautiful, flying, whimsical glasses; just to get a look at her eyes. At times like this I wish I was a painter – a portraitist!
You will find other photos of Ada in The Sartorialist’s archives and books. (Definitely worth exploring). She has a gorgeous style, as well as looks and I think, always a little left-of-centre of classical dressing, in a very elegant way!
