I love it how everything in this look looks so wrong that it makes it totally right! Love the bright colors and the sunglasses and there is something really playful about her smile :)
…lovely contrast of colors. I like the way the blue cuffs fall perfectly above her elbows. Also worth noticing is her (makeshift?) belt. The way the knot looks careless (asymmetric, imperfect) brings a certain laid back feel to her look as if she just picked it up and put it on ( she might have actually).
She seems to me a strong, no-nonsense kind of woman and she expresses that by her rather severe dress and shoes but the bold colours make her eyecatching and almost glamourous, also by the sunglasses. The shoes and the belt match perfectly. Yes I like it very much.
Greetings from Amsterdam.
This outfit strikes me as photogenic …. ie, I’d see it, imagine it photographs well, and, as a photographer, I’d shoot it …. but in person, I’d kinda wonder about the mechanic/Formula One wheel-changer thing going on with this dress.
But I like the fashion risk associated with this outfit.
This is what my generation called a ‘shirtwaist.’ It’s a timeless classic, with varying collar, sleeve length, skirt length & fullness. One thing I like about this is that any age woman can wear it & make it her own. I would have tried navy sandals with this, but I love the ones she’s wearing.
Wow – what an amazing color combo. I love the brights! I just moved from SF to Paris, and less people wear bright colors here. I thought it would be the opposite.
A dress with simple cuts and color forming asymmetries game is perfect!
Reminds me of a Spanish designer called David Delfin, his Cibeles fashion show in color was playing a game with the sobriety of its style so famous

At first I though it was a straight-leg romper and didn’t like it. But as a dress it’s quite cute.
And I love that she has big dark eyebrows and they show above her glasses. I’m self-conscious of my eyebrows, but she makes me want to be proud.
