I bought a small piece she’d made at SAIC’s student art sale. That was my first time meeting her in person. I was impressed by the skill that went into her metal work as well as how humble and frank she was when discussing what it took to make each piece.
She looks a hundred times cooler and more authentic then the little clowns in Tokyo who have too much time on their hands. Besides, she is doing something useful, and I have never seen that done by a Tokyololli. You can just tell that this is simple for her. I don’t see how anyone could hate on this adorable human. She is perfect, and perfectly at ease.
That is me!
if you guys like the stuff I am wearing/ my makeup, you should look at my website!
also the soldiers/cowboy that are on my jacket are sewn on, not a brooch, there used to be a dinosaur too.
The thing on my eye is just makeup that I change everyday.
This site never fails to surprise me. Everyday I’m expecting something different, exciting and I’m never disappointed, either I like an outfit or not, it doesn’t matter. It’s about stepping into people’s creativity and getting ideas. Great job !
Super-cool! Love the play of detail against simplicity–the eye makeup against an otherwise minimally-done face, the lapel of the jacket against the plain black. And that chain-mail piece is just excellent. The video on the website is fascinating too–thanks for the link. You’re a gifted artist, Sky! :)
