Things I do not like: The continent “Africa” being referred to like a country or smaller place. I’ve never heard of Fashion Week The Americas or Fashion Week Europe. This f**kery needs to stop. Signed faithfully, a Nigerian.

Pearl Thusi as striking as always! Totally agree with Alyssa | The Sartorialist! You need to learn that Africa is a continent with well over 20 different countries. It’s very upsetting when a country works hard to own an impressive reputation & to have to share it with others!!! + this contributes allot to misconceptions, not all African countries are very poor & are outdated with regards to technology, decor, fashion & even culture in general e.g South Africa is definitely not!!!
