Vintage style, though. I worse that style blouse in the 8th grade (over 30 years ago?). I love the ruffles! I’m so glad it’s back!

Yeah. I am with you. Young people can have money just like holder people. It just means that they didn’t personally earn it, usually. Of course they could also work in the business, and simply have access to a closet of goodies.

Oh my gosh – look how cute they are! Her blouse, and braids are lovely, and his simplicity is the perfect counterpoint.

I think this is probably the best photo ever published on this site. Well done!

I enjoy many others but his really captures something.

    Gorgeous picture! Beautiful light!

I concur with Saverio. This is technically, an incredibly naturally lit image. Considering it is a back lit “grab shot” makes this photo all the more impressive. Highlight to shadow detail, rim lighting on the adorable couple and the composition of elements on the table are all prerequisites for an award winner. Scott, please include this image in your next book.

Great photo, wonderful light. The girl reminds me of Laura (Ingalls Wilder) in the “Little House” books.

Impressive! Reminds me of the type of situation Norman Rockwell would have depicted. The lighting brings out all the details of the subjects.

So many have mentioned the beautiful light – and how true that is. Just when you think that fashion design is starting to repeat itself a tad too much in recent years – then you see a beautiful image such as this… Well… Faith is restored!

Sorry, but braids above 12 years of age is a no go area.

The blouse is truly horrible. Things I use to see in some backward villages over here. Old farmer style from maybe 1o0 years till 50 years ago the normal dayware.
Prudisch and sort of Amish style; repressed
