My New Favorite Book – Henri Cartier-Bresson

I just bought the new book about Henri Cartier-Bresson portraits “An Inner Silence.”
There are simply too any shots to list my favorites but the shot of Paul Leautaud is fantastic on so many levels.

    Great call on HCB. I have had one of his photo books for many years and it is fantastic…i use to it quite a bit for image reference in my paintings.

    Cartier-Bresson was the first pthographer I got to know at school….simply extraordinary. Though I like Sartre’s portrait the best…
