Well well well, for all those who voiced their opinions about leopard print being undesirable and dated back at the BURBERRY show… I guess you never thought that Vuitton would do a take on it too!
Kim Jones, you’ve done it again! Delivered another wearable and credible collection. “Louis Vuitton trekking and mountaineering in Tibet and Nepal” was the thought that came to mind. I love the luxuriousness of the fabrics and techniques coupled with the sartorial elegance of those suits, great collection.
That poor model with the luggage on his back! How utterly miserable.
I suppose this collection just doens’t float my boat, but it’s all worth it for the blue flowered suit with black striped pants in the bottom picture. So sexy!
Ummm…am I the only one that thinks 95% of this is horrible? Leopard-print for men? Carabiners? Ugly floppy hats? Mismatched suits and shapeless coats?? THIS is high fashion? Maybe high-on-drugs fashion…
The only redeeming pieces are that amazing red silk tuxedo jacket, that trench coat (although, it is JUST a trench coat; nothing too designed going on there), and a few of the luggage/bag items.
The fabrics are nice, too, but put together in such an uninspired way. I expect much more from such a revered label
I AGREEEEE MOST OF THEM ARE HORRIBLE …. KIM JOHNES STILL NEED TO FIND HIS OWN WAY , KIM JOHNES WITH DUNHILL WAS AMAZING BUT KIM JOHNES WITH LV ? …HMM… I DUNNO…YET

The last two frames fascinate me, but hold on while I bug out on the cheetah fur for a minute…
Love this collection! And the prints on the suits in the last frame are ridiculous! But the kind that will stop a party cold!

Getting a very high fashion bell porter-esque feel.

Louis Vuitton has some of the best designs in their shows. However they are definitely overpriced, but still great show.
