How glorious! Thank you. The thin gold shoulder-straps attach to a backpack-style bag, I guess. And the bracelet, like a beaded leather cuff from Mali? What a face!
She is so beautiful. There’s nothing ever to rag on with this lady. She’s funny, intelligent, talented, stylish, warm and gorgeous!
She’s someone I’d love to travel with ’cause I know she could handle the fanciest hotel or a night under the stars somewhere in the Andes. She’s a tough girl…. not an ounce of priss.
This is what those botox/plastic barbies look at with envy because they’ll never have the beauty that strenghtens with ages which is only achieved naturally and radiates from the inside.
really love your photographies. you’re just so great in catching moments… I’m at the beginning of my career as a photographer and your work is so inspiring, thanks!
She looks stunning, honestly, like the kind of woman who is over surgery and youth, she is just beauty in her stage of life…Awesome picture Scott. xoxo,
Here’s something to look at as one contemplates plastic surgery. She doesn’t have that scary Stepford Wife thing that one associates with American women, and I applaud her for that, but we are so bombarded with Plastic Women that our eyes have become attuned to smooth “ageless” beauty and so this photo has a scary aspect to it too. Lauren Hutton has always been a great beauty, but in a way that makes getting old so fraught with trauma – if age has done this to her, what lies in store for us…? Having said all of this, I believe that plastic surgery is for frightened women who cannot face the reality of the clock, and looking at this woman you can see that she is supremely confident in her skin, which is what life is all about (or should be!) Bravo, Ms Hutton – c’est vous la plus belle de toutes!
She is my all-time favorite model, and she is still absolutely beautiful. I saw her on the street once about 5 years ago, and she was stunning. I am 39, and I have to admit I am worried about the wrinkles I see coming, but pics like this make me feel so much better (not that I ever looked like Lauren, unfortunately!)
Great great photo. thanks so much for posting it. All of these comment show how much we respect and admire her. Forty-something that I am, I can only hope to age as gracefully & powerfully as she has!
She has always been my absolute favorite. It is wonderful to see her beautiful face stay filled with character and grace. She is a style icon, full of confidence and a great inspiration for women.
What a lovely, unique portrait. The way you capture time on a subject – both the fleeting moment and the way time has defined the face or style – makes it so rewarding to keep up with your work.
Just because a woman has lines, do not assume she has not had plastic surgery. My remarks to not pertain to Ms Hutton. Interventions or not, she is a magnificent beauty.

I love every line in her face!! THIS is what every woman should inspire to be. THIS is why I’ll never have comsmetic surgery or botox.
THIS is a face and body of a woman who loves life. I truly think Lauren Hutton is the most beautiful woman in the world.

so genuine and honest and wonderful to see a face treated like a face, not a drum head to be stretched or a cake to be frosted
the lines on her forehead that echo her one raised brow compose the silent caption of her thought at that moment

Lauren Hutton just exudes confidence. I think it is that confidence which makes her so beautiful.
Beauty is indeed in the eye of the beholder but I don't think there would be many who could dispute her beauty.
With people like her you don't notice one particular aspect, or the lack of one, it is the overall package that states it all.
