Today we are introducing a link to my Instagram feed! Take a look at the right of your screen, scroll down just a bit  - there you will find my Instagram pictures on the side bar. If you are on your iPhone or Android, you can click here to follow me directly on Instagram @TheSartorialist
As you can see it’s something I have been doing for a little while now, and I have a lot of fun with it. Instagram has challenged me to shoot in a different way than how I shoot for the blog. It’s much more a slice of life, just the little things I see in my daily travels.
If anything I think it has really helped train me to keep my eyes open and see an even wider range of potential photographs, especially cityscapes, products, travel photography and funny moments. Like the goat I found this summer while visiting Garance’s hometown in Corsica, street art, interesting architectural patterns, or where I hang out when I’m off duty.
If you click on the link below the images, it’ll take you to the Instagram page from your computer.

I remember that goat on Garance’s site !
I’d love to have these pictures, poster size, on my walls.
The use of light makes the colors vibrant and the shadows create a 3D feeling. Bravo !

Please stop using all those crazy Instagram filters! The photos would be so amazing without them.

I love this blog dearly but I am dismayed to see these Instagram shots. I don’t think they do the photographer’s work any favors, in fact, they weaken his profound point of view. Since every social network lad and lass is a self-declared photographer, a much higher decree is placed upon the true visionaries. Food for thought.

I agree. Instagram is cheating the viewer and the photographer.

Insatgram is great……somehow it manages to makes everyone a more or less competent photographer….of course yours are nice with or with out a nice vintage filter…

I took almost the same exact one of the paint splatters on the LES! The colors radiate and actually drip onto the sidewalk for a diptych effect :)
