haha she is truly in the middle of a crowd! love the photo. i just never understand why people prefer to wear open toed shoes in the cold haha but they all look great
Hey – what a gorgeous happy face! And what great shoes. Nice to see that clump of snow – it's a little warm in Sydney at the moment. So all cold weather snippets are good!
Sorry, but reminds me of my first visit to New York one chilly March, dressed completely inappropriately for the weather and the city. Luckily no one could immortalize it on a blog back then. But she looks so much cuter than I did!
How funny, I just saw an old picture of Veronica Lake today and she was wearing shoes just like these! She was even wearing a long coat in the pic too!
The shoes are sooooo impractical as well as the womans' in the foreground to her left. The shoes are sooooo cute as well as the womans' in the foreground to her left. Frostbite be damnned!
It's a brave woman who wears Chanel booties in NY in the winter – and I love her all the more for it! Also love the girl in the khaki pants and brown heels next to her.
I guess no one has noticed she looks familiar? I am sure I have seen her on your blog before. I believe she wore more colour then, but who needs colour when you have a smile like that! :)
I found her on your blog now, from Nov 9, 2009. :) She had no color besides the nails but great presence – that's why I remembered her. Some people have that distinctiveness, no matter whether in heels or flats. I would love to see more of her if opportunity arises.
In Canada, we call open toed shoes in the snow just another saturday night. I love them though, does anybody know who makes them? I'm dying to know, I'll snap them up in a nano second. Beautiful girl!
Let's face it…women wear high heels and ignore the difficulty walking and the discomfort of being thrown forward, so what's a bit of frozen toe added to the mix? The shoes are worn by someone who favors fashion over comfort and the smile says she is happy doing it!
Great trench coat, great outfit for this matter. I love her wonderful smile and lovely blond hair blowing in the freezing wind. Speaking of freezing, how about her ankles and feet! Still, she looks fantastic. She is in a hurry for spring, aren't we all!
I want a pair of shoes like these -chanel booties. If anyone can help (I live in Sydney and they just didn't make it to Australia) please let me know. http://www.liveafabulouscreativelife.blogspot.com
