Very cool little detail you’re highlighting here, I really like it. Sexy preppiness at its best.

is it a trend or is it just by chance? :)
February 14, 2013 at 4:34 pm
Not just stylish, but it really keeps hair from flying all over in windy weather!

THE STEL STYLE
February 14, 2013 at 4:46 pm
I love it!!!
February 14, 2013 at 4:51 pm
This is the only way I wear scarves with my long hair- cozier and cuter.
February 14, 2013 at 4:54 pm
Siempre, always, toujours!
February 14, 2013 at 4:55 pm
I also like it!!!
I’m personally wearing it like this because it keeps it away from the wind :) otherwise my hair gets tangled
That is surely NOT sexy!!! Girls… think twice!

Such a simple thing to do, but so pretty!
That’s what I always do ;)
February 14, 2013 at 5:00 pm
I love these looks! Tucking your hair is trending (as Garance puts it)!!!
February 14, 2013 at 5:02 pm
I love this style. Very popular in Ukraine for the winter season, since many girls here (if not all) wear hats/hoods and have long non-layered hair/no bangs.
February 14, 2013 at 5:08 pm
so chic! And a great way to keep your hair dry if its snowing, and to keep warm!

I do this all the time, deff sensible in this weather- but there’s an art to it! Great trend.
February 14, 2013 at 5:48 pm
I do this all the time and here it is a fashion statement. Who knew?
February 14, 2013 at 5:52 pm
I always do this lol

Exactly what we call effort less chic!

aka If You’re Thinking About….. Using Your Hair as Earmuffs
February 14, 2013 at 6:14 pm
That’s exactly how I wear my hair during the winter :)
February 14, 2013 at 6:17 pm
It creates a new style and shape to the hair too. It’s a cute look, especially seems useful when it gets windy
February 14, 2013 at 8:25 pm
This is chic. I have been doing this a lot lately as well but simply because as soon as I pull it out of my scarf it goes wild with static. Chic and functional.

The first picture is all I care about
February 14, 2013 at 10:10 pm
I love this! Burberry did it with their trench coats as well and it looks so chic!
February 14, 2013 at 10:40 pm
Oh sweet! I always do this, although not on purpose)))) does that make me stylish?)))))
February 14, 2013 at 10:49 pm
Very stylish and chic
February 15, 2013 at 1:26 am
Looks very chic and I actually love the look, but can’t stand it myself, somehow it makes me feel cramped.
February 15, 2013 at 1:58 am
….. cut it short!

And for those of us who are follicle-challenged? Lol. Seems to function well to keep warm and control the blow-aways!
February 15, 2013 at 7:56 am
I do this when it sprinkles out …but i love when my hair is free
February 15, 2013 at 8:36 am
Looks adorable, but yields tangles and knots of all kinds. For the short-to-medium-length-haired only!
February 15, 2013 at 9:18 am
I have a lot of hair and a big scarf, so I sort of have to do it (otherwise it just looks extremely stupid). It is also a good way to keep warm. I just think it itches a bit.
February 15, 2013 at 9:44 am
Whenever I put my scarf on my immediate reaction is to let my long hair go free, but these photos look so chic [not to mention warm, can you imagine the body heat from that?], I might give it a second thought.
February 15, 2013 at 12:51 pm
haha the funny thing is, I have been doing this all fall & winter to keep the ends of my hair from drying in the harsh weather! who knew it actually looked good..
I always do that. It’s the only way to wear scarf with my long, long hair, specially when the wind blows.
February 15, 2013 at 3:00 pm
I hate that. es tan “fodongo”.
February 15, 2013 at 4:41 pm
I wear my hair like this all winter long, and it wasn’t on purpose, it’s just too long to take it out.
February 15, 2013 at 4:43 pm
I’m sorry but this is not a good look. It looks like they’re too lazy to fix their hair, like they’ve just thrown the scarf on and rushed out… Not cool!
February 15, 2013 at 5:49 pm
I do this all the time. Looks less messy that loose hair about the shoulders, and warmer.
February 16, 2013 at 9:16 am
the woman who is looking…is she an actor? I know her from somewhere, but I dont know where!
February 16, 2013 at 2:15 pm
I always tuck my hair into my scarf – for some reason in my mind it looks better than floating on top of the scarf and all my outer layers.
February 19, 2013 at 10:37 am
hair as scarf : yes indeed:
April 22, 2013 at 9:58 pm
Such a great way to to take care of your hair when you have to leave the house quickly. I didn’t realize this was stylish though, so now I can do it more often!

I remember a time when wearing of headscarves did not have the religious implications it does now a days
