I love this style. Very popular in Ukraine for the winter season, since many girls here (if not all) wear hats/hoods and have long non-layered hair/no bangs.
This is chic. I have been doing this a lot lately as well but simply because as soon as I pull it out of my scarf it goes wild with static. Chic and functional.
I have a lot of hair and a big scarf, so I sort of have to do it (otherwise it just looks extremely stupid). It is also a good way to keep warm. I just think it itches a bit.
Whenever I put my scarf on my immediate reaction is to let my long hair go free, but these photos look so chic [not to mention warm, can you imagine the body heat from that?], I might give it a second thought.
haha the funny thing is, I have been doing this all fall & winter to keep the ends of my hair from drying in the harsh weather! who knew it actually looked good..
I’m sorry but this is not a good look. It looks like they’re too lazy to fix their hair, like they’ve just thrown the scarf on and rushed out… Not cool!
Such a great way to to take care of your hair when you have to leave the house quickly. I didn’t realize this was stylish though, so now I can do it more often!

Very cool little detail you’re highlighting here, I really like it. Sexy preppiness at its best.
