The trend that I like much better are the stockings/ankle boot combination. I like seeing leg shapes, tight high boots covers up too much I think. Even with trousers there tends to be an ebb and flow through the leg. That said this PARTICULAR boot is nice, I must admit! http://lordashbury.com
I am not thinking of thigh high boots. I am thinking of the eyebrows on the woman in the large picture in this post, and how utterly GORGEOUS they are. Yep. Not thinking much more than that.
Ursina Gysi in the first picture looks far more conventional here wearing those boots than usual. I hope she’s not becoming like the rest of the pack rather than her own original self!
You seem to photograph her a lot. I can’t ever seem to get along with the way she puts outfits together. I do like her coat, however and nice eyebrows.
I think grass is always greener on the other side. I wish I could wear boots like this more often. Unless I’m travelling to a cold country, it’ll flood in the boots if I wear it here (where I’m from).
The woman in the large photo looks lovely–those boots are really interesting with the little floral bloomers!
And don’t forget that a lot of guys look great in over-the-knee boots, too. Looks with a heavily Gothic/steampunk/anachronistic twist may not be “fashion,” but they’re often terrific.
Emilio Pucci had the best thigh high boots I’ve ever seen this season…really wish I can get a pair! Even though its a little ridiculous with the sunny weather in Singapore.
Fantastic outfit and it really shows how you can wear thigh high boots with everyday wear and make it classy for the main picture. A style that looks set to carry on next Winter once again thankfully!
You, Garace, and other street style bloggers created a real impression on me and are defo real inspiration. Just wanted to let you know I love your blog and keep on working!! :)

The outfit make me think of the traditionnal russian wardrobe thanks to the patterns and colors. I love the boots, and the quilted cardigan.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but on my monitor it looks like she’s wearing pants, not a skirt. Such an interesting combo.

I’m a great fan of thigh high boots ! I love the chic and glamour side of these high shoes ! ( Not the vulgar side “fashion faux pas ” ).
