On Sunday I bought a copy of DNR to see how they reviewed the mens collections (I did this on Sunday because I am a loser and consider this beach reading)
That’s such a crazy (and cool) contrast of the same lighting/shot/moment.
Does your life ever get less surreal? What’s it like to come across something like that, that’s so personal to you but captured by someone else? I cannot begin to imagine.
What an interesting concept for a photo show…the photographer as the subject matter.
I think photographers and cameramen are the hidden side of the entertainment world. They go everywhere the “stars” do because it is only through them that “stars” are born.
Amazing (I keep using this word to describe your stuff) story, and even amazing photos to match it! I especially love the black and white(Dries Van Noten) picture..
Adding here that a photo like this is difficult to capture because of the high contrast of the bright light and being able to capture the shaded Dries. Bravo! Love this blog!!!!
that’s pretty cool, and the fact that you found your own picture, either says that you’re really lucky, or that you look too many mags, haha. loved your blog!

Holy!
I don’t know which concept – or photo – I like better.
The artist capturing art or the artist capturing the artist capturing art!
It’s too much!!!

I Love Dries Van Notten summer loafers. Surprisingly well made full grain leather with nice sole treatment.
