Interesting mix of colour, texture and line. Your photographs have so much more depth and ’roundedness’ (for want of a better word) than many other peoples – the whole image speaks, there’s nothing wasted.
Those “windows” are actually screens, made with a certain type of clay brick that has a large perforated cross-sectional area. They are very common in tropical Latin America, in places where weather is warm most of the time. These screens filter daylight in a beautiful way, but they also provide something essential in these latitudes: Protection against intruders.
