I love the pose this woman is making! It seems so natural. I also love her polka dotted long skirt. I also admire her for pulling off polka dots with stripes.
Check out my trendy blog! http://thetrendydwarf.blogspot.com/
Elle est tres, tres, gamine, non? And her skirt is a marvel: the way the pleats release, the movement of the fabric, the punctuation of those white buttons on what looks to be a pin dot print. This one goes up on the inspiration board!
I’ve been visiting the site for about a year now and have frequently been tempted to comment. But this time I couldn’t resist. I like the portraits at the book signing party too. (Oh to be in NYC now that “the season” has started.) The way you place people in the frame..very nice.
What a delightful creature and such a gorgeous smile!
All the classic pieces so elegantly and comfortably conbined … always a winning approach for a day out. B.
She could be in PARIS with that outfit ! Breton shirt, long navy skirt, ballet flats and an umbrella hanging on her delicate arm in a nonchalent way…Total parisian chic ! I love it :)
I love her preppy look, so chic and those polka dots are perfect. I would love it if you checked out my blog, I have interesting fashion posts you might love to read.
is she the tiny little lady with the bow stockings?
Her navy look is so cool esp. the whitebuttons and the stripes, accentuated by the flats. I swear if it weren’t for the flats, I would say this is the ’80s, even her hair accessory shouts so!
Not to fluff French feathers, but I feel there’s no crisper photograph of a person than when he or she is exhibiting Parisian style influence. It’s such a bright, joyful photo, thanks for sharing.
How is it that you just have this ability to hone in on the best representation for each city? It’s like you find the mascot – the most quintessential resident… AMAZING
