This Friday I’ll be having an exhibit opening and book signing which is open to the public. You will be able to purchase books there, or bring your own. We’ll be filming the event for an upcoming video feature on the blog.
The signing is this Friday, September 7
at Danziger Gallery – 527 West 23rd Street
from 6-8 p.m.

I’ve read your blog almost every day for 6 years (!!!) and I wish I could attend the opening but, although cyberspace keeps us close, real life does not ;)

I’ll have to buy the book; I’m curious about the title…it’s also the name of a Joy Division album…just coincidence or intentional?

Thank you! That title kept nudging my memory–I knew it was the title of something else, but I’d been too frazzled to take a few minutes, let my mind do its thing, and make the connection. (And if I’m too frazzled to remember the title of my favorite JD album, that’s a clear sign that I need to sit down with a good whiskey, turn on “Isolation,” and chill!)

Such a pleasure to have met you and Garance on Tuesday!! I had a fantastic time and enjoyed seeing your photos in a bigger format immensely! Both of you were incredibly gracious and deserve all the recognition you get for your hard work!
The only sad part was not having been able to take a picture with the photograph I used for my winning story in your contest. It was a pity it was too recent, but I look forward to hopefully seeing it again in future exhibits.
