Wow, this could be a Renaissance painting if it were not for the jeans. Great composition!

This is so interesting. This photo makes ancient Greek and Roman sculpture ‘real’ to me. Thanks Sartorialist!

That is lovely. You have an excellent eye for composition. The light makes his skin look like velvet. Perfect.

So…what do you think? Is the “double waistband” a young man’s version of the pocket square?

I’m so conflicted. The setting, the man, the photograph…all stunning.

    The underpants. Not so much.

I think it’s lovely. Almost like you’ve come across a private moment that you were not meant to see…just beautiful.

Very renaissance. The denim, waistband take away from the absolute throw back to euro sculpture but the waist down kinda ruins it while strangely acknowledging contemporary art, aka your photography; a bit of thumbs up thumbs down. The light, his back, etc says gorgeous, the jeans are a bit icky hustler model kid

No need to ask “boxers or briefs?” here. The five inches of evidence speak for themselves…

Oh so lovely. the intesity of the calvin klein underwear and the fact that he looks like a piece of art in a meloncholy land makes me shudder
